As Sales Director and Chief Operating Officer, he leads client relations, project coordination, and day to day operations. Edjohn’s clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate project needs make him an essential part of our leadership team. Ernesto Aguila
CEO & Project Manager
Co‑founder Ernesto Aguila comes from a long line of electricians, carrying forward over 40 years of combined family experience. He learned the trade hands‑on from his father and uncle, who taught him the foundations of electrical work, safety, and craftsmanship. Ernesto is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his belief in doing things right the first time. With extensive knowledge of his craft, he personally oversees every electrical project Mavaro Electric takes on, ensuring each job reflects the precision, pride, and integrity he was raised to uphold.
